01 CANCELLATION

Cancellation
Policy

India Software Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • 1Cancellations for software development projects will be considered only if the request is made before significant work has commenced on the project. Once development has begun, cancellation may incur charges for work already completed.
  • 2For ready-to-use software products (such as Panksoft Bulk Email Sender, Admin Eye, Email Verifier, ERP solutions), cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of purchase if the software has not been downloaded or activated.
  • 3For digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing), cancellations require a 30-day written notice as campaigns are planned in advance.
  • 4To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will verify the status of your order/project and process the cancellation accordingly.
02 TECHNICAL ISSUES

Software Bugs
& Issues

We take pride in delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested software. However, if you encounter any technical issues:

  • Report the issue to our technical support team within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots or error messages if possible.
  • Our team will investigate and provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.

⚠ IMPORTANT: If you feel that the software delivered does not meet the agreed specifications or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of delivery. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

03 REFUNDS

Refund
Process

In case of any Refunds approved by India Software Technologies, the following process applies:

  • 1Refund will be processed only after the request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
  • 2For software products, refund may be subject to the software not being activated or downloaded beyond trial limits.
  • 3For development projects, refund amount will be calculated based on work completed minus any non-refundable deposits or milestone payments.
  • 4Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.
  • 5It will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer's account.
  • 6Once the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

For Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the same card, bank account, or payment wallet used at the time of purchase. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment gateway provider. Please refer to our Payment Options page for more details.

04 EXCLUSIONS

Non-Cancellable
Services

India Software Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for the following:

  • Custom software development projects where significant work has already been completed.
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media) that have already been delivered or are in progress without 30-day notice.
  • Ready-to-use software products that have been downloaded, activated, or used beyond the trial period.
  • Any services that have been fully delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

For Custom Software Development: Once a project milestone has been approved by the client, that milestone payment becomes non-refundable. We operate on a milestone-based payment structure to ensure transparency.

05 TERMINATION

Project
Termination

Either party may terminate a software development project under the following conditions:

  • 1By Client: You may terminate the project by providing written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-cancellable expenses incurred.
  • 2By Panksoft: We reserve the right to terminate a project if payment is delayed beyond agreed terms, if client cooperation is inadequate, or if project requirements change significantly from the original scope.
  • 3Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work products for which payment has been received.
  • 4Source code and intellectual property for completed milestones will be transferred to the client upon full payment of those milestones.
